Redefining Animal Welfare

This horse and his owner attended our veterinary outreach clinic in Villa Guadalupe, Nicaragua on January 23, 2021. Exams and treatments for 170 dogs, 50 horses, 24 cats, 12 rabbits, and 4 pigs were provided.

All services were free of charge for the owners.

Superstar volunteer Maria Fernanda Pacho is pictured here with Martina at Global Strays' partner shelter, Fundación Pacto Animal, earlier this morning.

Martina was born in the shelter after her pregnant mother was rescued from the streets of Bogota, Colombia in February 2021.
