We need to start off 2021 with a bang for the animals - and this is our chance.

Due to the current global crisis, there has been a massive increase in pet abandonment and a lack of fosters and adopters in the countries that we serve.

Our partner, Kathe Riviera in Ciudad Boliviar, Colombia tells us, "The pandemic in Colombia has affected both people and animals, resulting in a massive abandonment of pets, which then wind up on the streets. Because of the increase in stray dogs, the poisoning of strays to control the population has increased."

If you contribute today or tomorrow, December 31st, before midnight, your gift will be matched up to $5,000 to support our animal welfare initiatives in 2021. (e.g., $20 = $40, $500 = $1,000, $5,000 = $10,000!)

Global Strays is so deeply grateful for your support that has allowed us to continue our life-saving work. In spite of the current crisis, our partners have still been able to rescue as many abandoned animals as possible including Sparky, Milo, & Bonny (before and after photos below).

1,717 dogs & cats spayed/neutered

8,356 animals received veterinary care &/or preventative treatment

3,312 dogs & cats received food

670 animales vaccinated
